Indications
Osify Tablet is used for:
Osteoporosis, Osteopenia
Adult Dose
Adults:
Prevention of Osteoporosis: 500–600 mg elemental calcium daily in divided doses.
Treatment of Osteoporosis: 1000–1200 mg elemental calcium daily in divided doses.
Supplement with vitamin D (800–1000 IU/day) to optimize calcium metabolism.

Take with meals for better absorption.
Contra Indications
Hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria.
Severe renal impairment or chronic kidney disease.
Known hypersensitivity to bovine-derived products.
Precautions
Adequate hydration to prevent urinary calcium precipitation.
Avoid concurrent use with high-dose calcium supplements.
Monitoring Parameters:
Serum calcium (to avoid hypercalcemia).
Monitor for signs of hypercalcemia (lethargy, arrhythmias).
Renal function tests (to prevent nephrotoxicity).
